Port Authority of Allegheny County and United Concordia are partnering because we care about your family's and your oral health. About the Plan - Eligible employees are covered by the Concordia Flex Plan.

Concordia Flex - The Concordia Flex dental plan provides you with access to more than 126,000 practicing locations nationwide through our Advantage Plus network. If your dentist does not currently participate in our network, you may still use your dentist but your out-of-pocket expenses may be higher. Visiting one of our participating providers helps lower out-of-pocket costs and eliminates the need to fill out claim forms.
