Allegheny County Schools Health Insurance Consortium and United Concordia are partnering because we care about your and your family's oral health. Your dental plan emphasizes preventive care to help avoid costly procedures commonly caused by delayed treatment.

About My Plan - Your dental plan is the Concordia Flex plan. Concordia Flex is a plan that provides you with access to more than 96,900 practicing locations nationwide through our Concordia Advantage network. If your dentist does not participate, you may still use your dentist, but your out-of-pocket expenses are likely to be higher. Choosing one of our participating providers helps lower out-of-pocket costs and eliminates the need to fill out claim forms.
