United Concordia is pleased to serve the dental insurance needs of Public Health Service employees and their families. Public Health Service and United Concordia are partnering because we care about your and your family's oral health. Oral health problems often tax the immune system, which can expose you to greater risk of illness and infection. To help maintain a healthier smile and a healthier you, we encourage you to follow the advice of your dentist and the American Dental Association. Your dental plan emphasizes preventive care to help avoid costly procedures commonly caused by delayed treatment.

This page has been designed to help you search our current provider directory to find a dentist and learn more about your benefits. As an Active Duty PHS Commissioned Officer you are able to utilize United Concordia's National Fee-for-Service network of more than 127,000 total dentist locations nationwide. You may also seek care from a civilian dentist of your choice, or you may use Military Treatment Facilty (MTF) Dental Clinics or IHS Dental Clinics on a space available basis.
