Concordia Flex is a plan that provides you with access to more than 102,900 total dentist locations nationwide through our Concordia Advantage network. If your dentist does not participate, you may still use your dentist, but your out-of-pocket expenses are likely to be higher. Choosing one of our participating providers helps lower out-of-pocket costs and eliminates the need to fill out claim forms.
