Dental HMO -  DHMO members pre-select a primary dental office to provide and coordinate all dental care, including specialty referrals. For more detailed information, use our Featured Services menu on the left to view the DHMO Benefit Summary. The DHMO plan is available to members located in certain states. If you reside in one of the following states, you are eligible to participate in this plan;
