Dental PPO -  United Concordia's comprehensive PPO plan allows you to seek services from a large network of dentists. If your dentist does not currently participate in our network, you may still use your dentist, but your out-of-pocket expenses are likely to be higher. Visiting one of our participating providers helps lower out-of-pocket costs and eliminates the need to fill out claim forms.
