United Concordia is partnering with the State of North Carolina through the NCFlex program because we care about you and your family's dental hygiene. Lack of dental hygiene can often cause problems to the immune system, which can expose you to greater risk of illness and infection. To help maintain a healthier smile and a healthier you, we encourage you to follow the advice of your dentist and the American Dental Association. Your dental plan emphasizes preventive care to help avoid costly procedures commonly caused by delayed treatment. Affordable Plan Options NCFlex offers both a High Option and a Low Option dental plan. With either plan option you can visit a network or non-network dentist. Choosing one of our participating providers helps lower out-of-pocket costs and eliminates the need to fill out claim forms. You may still use your dentist even if they are not in the network; however, the dentist may bill you for any difference between the benefit allowance and his/her fee. Plan changes for 2012
