Dental Screenings Offered to Philadelphia Area Families
On Saturday, January 17, 2009, United Concordia and Explorers Sans Frontieres partnered to host a community day in Philadelphia that focused on health and wellness. Participants received free dental screenings and referrals to local dental offices. In addition, participants received health screenings, education and free healthy snacks.
Local residents were invited to participate in this day long community event which was open to adults and children who are uninsured or have minimal health or dental coverage.
