United Concordia is committed to improving the oral health of our members. One of the many ways we remain focused on this commitment is through the Concordia Access plan, which provides insured coverage for routine services and extends discounts for additional services. We have found great success with the Concordia Access product in Pennsylvania. As we continue to grow our Concordia Access member base in 2008, we look forward to participation and valued care for our members.
We'd like to take this opportunity to inform you of a few changes recently implemented to simplify the
administration of this product. These changes will not only secure your ongoing network participation, but
they will reduce the administration required for you and your office staff. The most significant changes are outlined below:
- The Concordia Access network is now a stand-alone network and a participating dentist agreement specific to this network now applies.
- United Concordia reimburses for insured services on the Concordia ParNet Advantage Maximum Allowable Charge (MAC) Schedule
- All other services are eligible at a 20% discount off your charge, payable by the member at time of service; no claim submission required.
Concordia Access Standard Plan Options
To maintain your participating status in Concordia Access, it is necessary to sign and return the stand-alone Concordia Access Participating Dentist agreement. Please return it by fax to (717) 433-9880.
