In order to avoid the delays and hassle caused by filling out and filing paper forms, United Concordia offers you the ability to send us your claims electronically through clearinghouses. To obtain authorization, simply pick up the phone and call us at our toll-free number 1-800-633-5430. Our Dental Electronic Services department staffs our toll-free number Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET. Regardless of which clearinghouse you choose to use, you must still be authorized in our system first, so give us a call today!
